During the low (11/01-30/04 and 16/10-15/12) reservations cancelled at least 24 hours, prior to the arrival date, will be fully refunded. Cancellations less than 24 hours, prior to the arrival date, will be charged for the first night. During medium season (01/05-30/06 and 16/09-15/10 and 16/12-10/01) reservations cancelled at least 72 hours, prior to the arrival date, will be fully refunded. Cancellations less than 72 hours, prior to the arrival date, will be charged for the first night. During the high season (01/07-15/09) reservations cancelled at least 7days prior to the arrival date, will be fully refunded. Cancellations less than 7 days prior to the arrival date will be charged for the first night.
